ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Auditor Inventory Staff shall be responsible for monitoring, recording, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Conducts regular physical counts, reconciles stock records, and identifies variances. Performs audit checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepares inventory reports and coordinates with other departments to address discrepancies and support operational efficiency.

  • Engagement Type: Full-time Employee (Direct Hire)
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite
  • Deployment Location: Quezon City, NCR, Philippines
  • Home Office: 36, Annex 38 Circle, Better Living Subdivision, Brgy Don Bosco, Parañaque City (Home Office)
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time)

COMPENSATION:

  • Between PhP 23,000.00 to PhP 25,000.00

REPORTING LINE:

  • Reporting to Accounting Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and record inventory transactions in the system accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct regular physical counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile with system records.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or stock variances.
  • Perform audit checks to ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery receipts, purchase orders, and requisitions.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas to ensure easy retrieval and proper stock rotation.
  • Prepare and submit inventory and audit reports to management.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to address inventory issues.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of inventory records for audit purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the same or related role
  • Must be knowledgeable in audit procedures and regulatory compliance, and inventory management principles and practices
