ROLE OVERVIEW:
The E-Commerce Specialist will lead the development and implementation of pilot eCommerce initiatives, ensuring that projects are strategically prioritized and aligned with the clients marketing technology objectives. This role combines eCommerce expertise with project management capabilities to drive pilot success and identify opportunities for scalability.
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
- Engagement Type: Full-time resources (exclusive to project), billable hours with a maximum hourly cap per month.
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
- Tools & Platforms: Collaboration tools, project trackers, and communication platforms (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing) to be provided and maintained by the client in the food and beverage industry.
- Availability: Aligned with the clients working hours, with flexibility to attend meetings and coordination sessions as required.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:
- Computer/Laptop: At least Intel i5 equivalent or higher and 8GB RAM or higher.
- Stable Internet Connection: Minimum speed must be 25Mbps (download) and 10Mbps (upload), wired connection is preferred (but not required), and back up connection is a plus.
- Peripherals: Built-in or external webcam, headset with microphone (noise cancelling is a plus)
- Backup power source is a ideal, but not required
COMPENSATION TERMS:
- The E-Commerce Specialist shall be compensated at an hourly rate
- The maximum monthly billable hours shall not exceed 180 hours
- Compensation will be based on actual hours worked, up to the maximum monthly cap.
- Payment shall be processed according to the agreed billing cycle and in accordance with the invoicing guidelines set by the client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop maximization and prioritization plans for pilot eCommerce initiatives based on approved criteria.
- Provide technical expertise and input on eCommerce strategies and solutions.
- Manage project execution, timelines, and deliverables within pilot testing.
- Track and analyze pilot project performance, generating data-driven insights.
- Provide recommendations for optimal resource allocation to ensure successful pilot implementation.
- Recommend improvements and strategies for scaling successful eCommerce pilots.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing PH and Client internal stakeholders to ensure seamless pilot implementation and alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fi eld.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
