About the job (Protege) Endpoint Management Tech Support - Kwasa Damansara

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivering efficient services in managing computer equipment and all Office Automation Applications to users in KWSP
  • Performing installation and testing of computer hardware/software and ensuring system operations run smoothly
  • Provide assistance to technical support for resolving issues related to software and all office automation applications such as M365, Window Upgrade, EPF system and others with team members under supervision
  • Respond and resolve to incidents and service request via Help Desk system, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
  • Assist supervisor and team member with document preparation and administrative tasks as required
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
  • Task related to Asset Management Lifecycle
    I. Asset relocation from planning to deliver the asset
    II. Assist for asset disposal
    III. Act as liaison officer for any enquiry on EPM asset management related enquiry
    IV. Ensure asset record is up to date
  • Handle meeting for any related EPM item to be discussed
  • Email communication SME for EPM (infographic email communication, email communication through Customer Experience Centre mailbox)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in IT support, service desk, endpoint management, or technical support roles are encouraged to apply
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and office automation applications such as Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate matters appropriately
  • Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external customers.
