Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist IT Vendor Management Unit by carrying out tasks as follow
- IT Supplier
Performance
Activities include review and analyze of SLA reports and survey, extraction of performance results to suppliers, reporting and tracking of subsequent actions/improvement plan and as well as sending and following up on the survey for performance during project. - IT Voice of
Supplier
Activities include sending and following up on the survey, review and analyze the assessment and feedback on the survey and as well as reporting and tracking of actions/improvement plan. - Supplier
Relationship Management (SRM)
Operationalization of SRM which includes information gathering and analysis, preparation of meeting/discussion notes and governance. - Contractual
Penalties
Analyze, communicate and track the penalty to be imposed to vendor. - IT Vendor
Management initiatives
Activities include data extraction from contracts, information gathering and analysis. - Internal
Supplier Agreement (ISA)
Activities include follow up on the satisfaction survey, analyze the result and as well as reporting. - Any other work assignment deemed required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in vendor management, contract administration, IT operation support or administrative roles are encouraged to apply
- Comprehensive understanding of vendor management concepts, service level agreements (SLAs) and supplier performance monitoring
- Familiarity with asset management-systems, software inventory tools or endpoint management platforms is an advantage
- Ability to organize information, manage documentation, and track timelines effectively
- Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external customers
