Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Maintain system integrity and security settings, ensuring data quality through regular audits and checks.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet business needs.
  • Provide user support and training, acting as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Assist with system updates, upgrades, testing, and integrations with other business platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM best practices, governance, and data management policies.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred).
  • Possess Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) will be added advantage. 
  • Experience in creating workflows, process automation, and user access management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data migration tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving and excellent communication skills and ability to train end-users.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
