About the job Presales Lead
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lean and inspire the Presale team by embracing new technologies, tools, and processes to achieve excellence in delivery and operations.
- Lead the presales process by engaging with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
- Support business development by analyzing client challenges and recommending optimal solutions
- Provide demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to sales/marketing support services for both the business development team and clients
- Drive effective communication to client regarding IT plans, technology spending, and value creation through technology solutions integration.
- Help establish partnership with cross-functional technology and design team to integrate technology, operations, and solutions requirements into solution strategies.
- Take a leading in specifying technical solutions, writing proposals, price estimation and tender responses.
- Develop technical solutions, including architecture, planning, best practices, and implementation framework.
- Gain in-dept knowledge if Microsoft products/technologies by liaising with the Microsoft team.
- Utilize the license program knowledge to position the proposal strategically and increase chance of winning.
- Collaborate with solution partner for comprehensive solution delivery and support.
- Coordinate with the solution delivery team and customers to ensure proper information handover and set expectations.
- Lead the proposal write-up and submission that effectively address customer pain points and articulate how our solutions meet their specific needs and objectives. Ensure proposal are tailored, comprehensive, and aligned with the customer's strategic goals.
- Stay updated on product functionality, licensing programs, and explore new Microsoft technologies and third-part components to innovate services.
- Provide technical training, compare competitive products, and ensure solutions align with client requirements and best practices stated in the Statement of Work.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's & Compliance Sheet
- Lead and provide weekly updates and reporting on team progress.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or Master's qualification required.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Microsoft and related industry (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity)
- Experience with Infrastructure environment (e.g., On-Premises datacenter/infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS, Virtualization, etc.)
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
- Proficient in both sales and technology functions, experienced in consulting external clients on complex projects
- Experience in leading in presales discussion provide end to end solution and recommendation for customer on potential scenarios
- Skilled in writing proposal and tenders, and communicating complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional versatility to handle diverse task and adapt quickly to dynamic work environments.
