Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Use formal change management processes.
  • Help create, implement, and maintain a detailed project plan with controls, governance, and monitoring for timely, budget-friendly, and quality results.
  • Ensure accurate requirement development and traceability during the project using Project Management Governance.
  • Update project progress and coordinate customer meetings to discuss status.
  • Oversee the change enablement process throughout the project.
  • Aid project teams in resource management, scheduling, and planning meetings.
  • Manage, control, and coordinate project schedules and implementation to achieve on-time completion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members to manage internal and external communications and ensure customer satisfaction

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field. PMP certification preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
