Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Here, youll own strategic business growth. As Business Development Manager, youll lead acquisition efforts across SMC, MNC, Education & Public Sector segments, build executive-level relationships, and close high-value deals that drive the companys revenue. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction while strengthening your leadership skills.

    • Set sales goals and strategies for assigned verticals across different sectors.
    • Own revenue targets and managed a portfolio of assigned across accounts.
    • Build strong C-level relationships to position company as a trusted Microsoft partner.
    • Develop sector-specific account strategies to drive acquisition, upsell, and renewals.
    • Research prospects and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, quotes, and orders.
    • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
    • Handle customer escalations, supported by technical/operations teams.
    • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure customer success.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO, Anti-Bribery, and Business Conduct policies.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in enterprise BD, preferably with Microsoft focused SI/ Partner.
    • Demonstrated success managing enterprise/ strategic accounts.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Solutions framework and licensing models
    • Excellent leadership, planning and account strategy skills.
    • Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation ability at executive level.
    • Resilient in managing long sales cycles, and high value deals.
    • Excellent in interpersonal skill both internal & external stakeholder.
