About the job (Protege) IT Support [M365] - Kwasa Damansara

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the productivity and collaboration team in maintaining Microsoft 365 services, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with internal policies, and assisting users with basic technical issues and documentation
  • Act as the first level support team in handling reported incidents and service requests related to Microsoft 365 suites, including Outlook email, OneDrive, Intune Mobile and Microsoft Authenticator
  • Work closely with the team to identify and clear old mailboxes and inactive mailing groups, and collaborate with the Security IDM team to delete dormant accounts
  • Assist in reviewing all the Microsoft Teams channels created to ensure they are valid and that no test sites are present
  • Verify that all configurations within Microsoft 365 are aligned with the policies and processes already established
  • Help in preparing and maintaining documentation such as operational manuals and user guidelines documents
  • To be part of AI-related initiative, including supporting data preparation or assisting in the rollout of AL-driven productivity tools, based on team direction and project needs
  • Assist the team from time based on specific instructions or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in IT support, digital workplace support, Microsoft 365 administration, or IT operations roles are encouraged to apply
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Intune and identity or access management concepts
  • Familiarity with incident management, service request handling and IT support processes is an advantage
  • Ability to organize information, manage documentation, and track timelines effectively
  • Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external customers
