Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineers, and technology partners to design, implement, and deliver solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Regularly engage in client discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Attend in-person client meetings to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within SLA commitments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned domains (e.g., Microsoft solutions, cloud transformation, data, AI).
  • Provide technical advisory and mentorship to team members in resolving complex challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, propose preventive measures, and maintain detailed issue logs in the knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver proactive managed services, ensuring service continuity, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update project status and managed service performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and technical workshops to uplift the teams overall technical capability.
  • Continuously upskill on new technologies, certifications, and vendor solutions to enhance CMS offerings.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of hands-on infrastructure implementation experience for degree, Minimum 6-8 years working experiences for Diploma. 
  • Demonstrated experience in an enterprise or system integrator environment, with knowledge of Microsoft solutions like Azure and Microsoft 365 as an advantage.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred, with a passion for staying updated on cloud solutions.
  • Experience in architecting infrastructure solutions using Linux/Unix and Windows in private/hybrid/public cloud and establishing automated DevOps release management pipelines is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and client handling experience, able to work independently under pressure with changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement when required with proven ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
