(Protege) Citizen Developer - Kwasa Damansara

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To support the Citizen Developer Program by developing low-code/no-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc) that enhance productivity and
  streamline internal processes.
• Mentored to become a Citizen Developer capable of contributing to Company's Gen AI transformation journey.
• Assists in designing, developing and testing low-code applications using Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio tools
• Participate in use case discussions and contribute to solution ideation and prototyping
• Document workflows, user guides and troubleshooting steps for developed applications
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional apps
• Support the onboarding and training of new Citizen Developers
• Will be part of Change Management Activity with Citizen Developers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in low-code development, digital solutions, application support or IT-related roles are encouraged to apply
• Comprehensive understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot or similar tools)
• Familiarity with business process automation, workflow design or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
• Ability to organize information, manage documentation, and track timelines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
