About the job Head of Partner Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Devise and execute plan to build ties with key potential partners fostering potential alliances.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to forge long-term partnerships, includes negotiation on partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and act as a primary point of contact and provide tailored solutions including upselling and cross selling based for business growth.
  • Collaborating with the Enfrasys team through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post action analysis, optimization, campaign management and customer support)
  • Establishing and growing strong relationships with all partners consolidating our position as partner of choice by promoting the brands and engagement activities.
  • Supervise and governance for all activities to ensure they adhere to our policies and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Reporting performance key metrics and projects implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to manage financial aspects and legal requirements related to partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all partnership activities adhere to regulatory frameworks.
  • Continuous effort to bring in new business opportunities, building brand awareness and improving customer experience.
  • Contribute the strategic planning process by offering insights and recommendations on partnership development, product enhancements and sales strategies aligning with the organizational goal.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of channel management or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM or Salesforce software.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading a cross functional team and able to maintain partner relationships
