About the job Secretary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments 
  • Typing, preparing, and compiling reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (preparation of meeting agendas and minutes dictations)
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Travel & accommodation arrangement
  • Point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in the similar field/scopes
  • A degree holder from an accredited college/university
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertiveness, tactful, discretion and diplomacy
  • The ability to be multitask, to be proactive and intuitive
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary services under minimal supervision.
