About the job Secretary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing, and compiling reports
- Organizing and servicing meetings (preparation of meeting agendas and minutes dictations)
- Prioritizing workloads
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Travel & accommodation arrangement
- Point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in the similar field/scopes
- A degree holder from an accredited college/university
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail with strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Assertiveness, tactful, discretion and diplomacy
- The ability to be multitask, to be proactive and intuitive
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary services under minimal supervision.
