About the job Inside Sales Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set goals and develop strategies for specific accounts such as Commercial, Manufacturing, GLCs, Public Sector and Education Sector.
- Research prospects and generate leads.
- Confidently with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in person interactions.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and send quotes with proposals and ensure order accuracy.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Build and maintain a CRM database.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, actively participating in sales team meetings and managing escalation issues with the support/technical team.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mindset.
- Minimum three (3) years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud technologies, active in networking and adaptable to meet customer deadlines.
