About the job Inside Sales Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Set goals and develop strategies for specific accounts such as Commercial, Manufacturing, GLCs, Public Sector and Education Sector. 
  • Research prospects and generate leads. 
  • Confidently with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in person interactions. 
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints. 
  • Prepare and send quotes with proposals and ensure order accuracy. 
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs. 
  • Build and maintain a CRM database. 
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, actively participating in sales team meetings and managing escalation issues with the support/technical team. 

Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Minimum three (3) years of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs. 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud technologies, active in networking and adaptable to meet customer deadlines.
