Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned duties by the supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures. 
  • Process purchase orders and verify data accuracy. 
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries. 
  • Coordinate with Logistics for timely deliveries. 
  • Organizing, collecting and filing documentations. 
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. 
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. 
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks. 


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in any field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role in the Sales department. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with internal and external customers. 
  • Strong administration and multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office. 
  • Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments independently while following given instructions and standard practices.
