About the job Sales Operations Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned duties by the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Process purchase orders and verify data accuracy.
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Coordinate with Logistics for timely deliveries.
- Organizing, collecting and filing documentations.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role in the Sales department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Strong administration and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments independently while following given instructions and standard practices.
