Sales Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. 
• Collaborate with sales managers to forecast future sales based on historical data and market trends.
• Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, identify improvement areas, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance against goal to identify any shortfalls

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with accredited management consultancy qualification or similar. 
• 1-3 years of technical business analysis experience in a related industry.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations. 
• Proficiency in statistical tools and software for data analysis.
