Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Operations supports the Sales organization by managing sales processes, documentation, CRM accuracy, deal coordination, and operational governance. This role ensures sales activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies, enabling Sales teams to focus on revenue generation.

1. Sales Process & Deal Support

  • Support Sales teams with opportunity setup, deal documentation, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate internal processes for quotations, pricing approvals, contracts, and licensing requests.
  • Ensure all required documents are complete before deal submission or handover

2. CRM Management & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Track opportunity stages, deal values, approvals, and close dates.
  • Ensure data consistency and hygiene for reporting and forecasting.

3. Sales Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure sales activities comply with internal policies, pricing rules, and governance standards.
  • Validate that approvals, waivers, and exceptions are properly documented.
  • Support compliance checks for public sector, licensing, and partner requirements.

4. Reporting & Sales Insights

  • Prepare regular sales reports on pipeline, bookings, renewals, and deal status.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales Management.
  • Track deal progress and follow up on overdue actions or approvals.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Delivery on deal execution.
  • Support order processing, fulfilment tracking, and billing handover.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues affecting deal closure.

6. Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain organized records of sales documents, approvals, and contracts.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and accessible

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Diploma any field with 5 years working experience or Degree in any field 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales administration or a related role in the Sales department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Strong administration, multi-tasking abilities, good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tool
  • Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments independently while following given instructions and standard practices.
