Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The role of business analyst (BA) is to help organizations improve their processes, products, services and systems through analysis, problem-solving, and communication. Some of the key responsibilities of a business analyst may include: 

  • Collect and review data to identify patterns, trends and insights that can inform business decisions. 
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and compelling presentations showcasing in-depth data analysis findings, tailored for dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to determine the demand and insights for products and services. 
  • Addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business. 
  • Serving as a liaison between business and IT group, communicating ideas to management. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, with accredited management consultancy qualification or similar. 
  • 1-3 years of technical business analysis experience in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of data security, encryption, relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, knowledge in SQL (It will be added advantage).
