Data Solutions Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Develop and optimize data models for analytical and operational use.
• Work with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB to manage structured and unstructured data.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance policies in alignment with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to ensure seamless data integration.
• Automate data workflows and optimize performance using Python, PowerShell, or T-SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Stay updated on Microsoft data technologies and recommend best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if required.
• Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
