Job description:

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio.
  • Support the deployment and management of Power Platform environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Execute data migrations, integration solutions, and identity & access management under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications, connectors, and data sources during project implementation.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding for Power Platform solutions, including training and support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance solution performance and implement security best practices.
  • Contribute to documentation, report generation, and project deliverables for managed service customers.
  • Stay current with the latest Power Platform technologies, certifications, and best practices.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to Microsoft Project Framework.
  • Work closely with project managers, team members, and customers to ensure successful project deliverables and establish strong relationships during implementation.
  • Involve in designing implementation plans and architecture with senior engineers as a junior team member.
  • Support the development and deployment of solutions using Copilot Studio ensuring seamless integration with Power Platform applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 2-year experience with Microsoft Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Lists).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the application development life cycle.
  • Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external
    customers
