About the job Licensing & Operations Specialist
Job Descriptions:
- Support new business opportunities and qualifying the opportunity pipeline.
- Promote core vendors in the ENFRASYS portfolio in collaboration with Microsoft.
- Understand the customers requirements through the entire sales cycle, coordinating with relevant business units for solution implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition in aligned technologies.
- Visit customers, host workshops, and engage with internal resources to ensure tailored solutions.
- Develop expertise in Microsoft solutions and broader sales portfolio.
- Provide specialist knowledge during sales and marketing campaigns / events, offering advice on licensing models and solutions, and seeking funding support.
- Act as point of contact for Microsoft-related customer enquiries ensuring prompt resolution.
- Identify, plan, prepare, negotiate annuity and transactional business opportunities. support account managers as well
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, providing T-36 deliverables such as QBRs.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Microsoft staff on renewals and new opportunities.
- Assist with sales documentation and methodology to support the sales process.
- Ensure accurate and updated sales forecasts aligned with expected profit.
- Manage Microsoft requirements for MPN renewals and deal registrations.
- Work hands-on from level 100 to level 500 tasks and collaborate with Public Sector specialists when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 5 years or diploma with 8 years working experience in a similar LSP/CSP/Services environment
- Excellent all - round knowledge of commercials, and experience of interacting with sales and marketing departments.
- General/ others sales competency certifications would be beneficial.
- Possess Microsoft Certified Professional in Volume licensing would be added advantage
- Strong time management skill and outstanding communication skills, dedicated to continuous professional development.
