About the job Solutions Presales Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the business development team in the qualification, and analysis to determine solutions to clients' challenges.
- Assess and understand client's business or operational goals and recommend solutions that ensures optimum utilization of products and services.
- Keep clients informed about the comprehensive IT plan, which involves cost-effective allocation of resources to both existing and new technologies.
- Help establish partnerships with cross-functional technology and design teams to integrate technology, operations, and solution requirements into solution strategies.
- Create technical solutions, collaborate with Microsoft/ Solution Principle/ Partner to understand potential changes and user behaviors on relevant products, and coordinate with solutions partners for comprehensive solution delivery and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of product functionality and technology, proactively explore new Microsoft technologies and third-party components for innovative service offerings, compare and recommend advantageous solutions to clients, and pursue certification for the assigned learning/technology track.
- Provide technical training/sharing and sufficient information to the sales team.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's and Compliance Sheet.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree or master's degree required.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Microsoft and related industries (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity).
- Experience in infrastructure environments (e.g., On-premises data centers/infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS, Virtualization, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in IT project delivery/management, Microsoft and related certifications, ability to work under pressure, and an affinity for both sales and technology functions.
- Experienced consultant skilled in proposal and tender writing, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Capable of independent work and completing assignments within given parameters and accepted practices.
