Job Responsibilities:

Leading and Leadership

  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
  • Develop marketing plans with clear objectives for different channels and segments.
  • Lead and execute marketing programs, driving collaboration and tracking results for data-driven recommendations.

Strategizing

  • Present marketing ideas to teams and senior leaders, managing budgets and strategies
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Guide creative direction for advertising and communications across various platforms, while managing marketing plans and strategies for customer engagement and sales growth

Analytics

  • Analyse customer insights, market analysis, and best practices to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Gather valuable customer and market data to enhance outreach, boost conversions, and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
  • Conduct analytics reporting, track marketing effectiveness, optimize initiatives, and provide post-event analysis for continuous improvement

Usage of Channels

  • Create and implement multichannel campaigns for prospects and customers, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop lead-nurturing tactics, manage content, budgets, events, and provide sales support for effective marketing efforts

Teaming

  • Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
  • Lead development of marketing strategy in collaboration with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to grow our audience for products and services

General attributes

  • Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets, develop marketing plans, and run successful campaigns.
  • Metrics-driven with creativity, skilled in project management, and using marketing automation and CRM tools.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Manager in MNC company.
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms, with skills in HTML and design software.
  • Established media and PR contacts, willingness to travel, and a passion for continuous education and professional growth.
  • Proven record managing and developing high-performance teams.
