About the job Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies various sectors (Commercial, Manufacturing, GLCs, Public Sector, Education)
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Handling orders
  • Utilize sales software programs to manage the sales process.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, participate in sales team meetings, and handle escalation issues with the support/technical team while ensuring adherence to company policies (Business conduct, ISO, and Anti Bribery).

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mentality.
  • Minimum five (5) years of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft and hybrid cloud technologies, good networking presence, and adaptable to customer needs.
