Solutions Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue. 
• Attend in-person client meetings to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues. 
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records. 
• Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements. 
• Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings. 
• Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery. 
• Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements. 
• Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills. 
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus. 
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines. 
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills. 
• Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require. 
• Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
