Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible to collaborate with the AMs to drive new business growth by promoting our solutions portfolio which includes Cloud Transformation, Data & AI, Modern Work, Security, and Managed Services. You will work closely with internal teams, solution architects, and clients to understand business needs, craft compelling proposals, and close strategic opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, consultative, and passionate about helping customers adopt technology that accelerates their business.

    1. Business Development & Lead Generation
            • Assist Account Managers in identifying new business opportunities within assigned sectors (Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector, or SMC).
            • Conduct prospecting activities through calls, events, networks, and digital channels.
            • Support Account Managers in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

            2. Customer Engagement & Needs Analysis

            • Partner with Account Managers to engage customers to understand their business challenges and capture technology requirements.
            • Assist in discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and problem-framing activities.
            • Collaborate with stakeholders to position company solutions effectively (Cloud, Data, AI, Modern Work, Security, Managed Services.)

            3. Sales Support

            • Prepare quotations, sales documents, customer records, and reports
            • Ensure timely and accurate documentation to support Account Managers in the sales cycle.

            4. Proposal Development

            • Work closely with Solution Architects and Account Managers to craft proposals, quotations, and technical solution narratives.
            • Support product bundling, pricing strategies, and ROI/TCO calculations.

            5. Account Management & Portfolio Expansion

            • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
            • Assist in identifying up-selling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities across company's portfolio.
            • Track customer satisfaction and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.

            6. Collaboration & Internal Alignment

            • Collaborate with Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams for aligned GTM execution.
            • Provide customer feedback to internal teams for solution enhancement and portfolio planning.

            7. Market Intelligence

            • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
            • Conduct market research to recommend new solution opportunities within the portfolio.

            8. Reporting & Documentation

            • Maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and contracts.
            • Update CRM reports for management.
            • Ensure compliance with company policies (ISO, anti-bribery, governance.)

            Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

            • Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mindset.
            • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in cloud, data, AI, or Microsoft ecosystem is highly advantageous.
            • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
            • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to business value.
            • Structured and disciplined in pipeline management and follow-up.
            • Strong customer relationship-building skills.
            • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
