Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Program Administrator held by Unit Service Design
- Support planning, coordination and execution of Service Design Initiatives
- Maintain documentation and timelines for SD-related activities
- Other Ad hoc administration task.
2. General Administration
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Follow up on action items and ensure smooth operations
3. Application Oversight
- Monitor and manage tools used in Service Design
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile performance metrics
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal review
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Analytics or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in service design support, digital operations, project administration, or IT-related roles are encouraged to apply
- Comprehensive understanding of service design concepts, digital services and process improvement is an advantage
- Ability to organize information, manage documentation, and track timelines effectively
- Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external customers
