Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Program Administrator held by Unit Service Design

  • Support planning, coordination and execution of Service Design Initiatives
  • Maintain documentation and timelines for SD-related activities
  • Other Ad hoc administration task.

2. General Administration

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Follow up on action items and ensure smooth operations

3. Application Oversight

  • Monitor and manage tools used in Service Design
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Compile performance metrics
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal review

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Analytics or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidate with 2-year experience in service design support, digital operations, project administration, or IT-related roles are encouraged to apply
  • Comprehensive understanding of service design concepts, digital services and process improvement is an advantage
  • Ability to organize information, manage documentation, and track timelines effectively
  • Ability to independently work on projects and deliver within the allocated time and budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external customers
