Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role is expanding and nurturing our partner ecosystem across Global Technology Principals and Channel Partners that contribute to financial targets. You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Identify and assess potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company initiatives.
  • Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Be the subject matter expert in Partner programs, products, solutions, certification, and benefits to continuously engage and educate internal team to maximize business outcomes.
  • Engaged proactively with internal cross function departments to leverage resources, providing insights and support to drive partner success in line with company objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mentality.
  • Proven minimum 8 years experience in partner channel development, business development, sales, or a related role in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with technology solutions and platforms.
