  • Assist in developing and implementing the companys brand strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing align with business goals, optimize processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools and resources.
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competition.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing marketing plan objectives, promotional presentations.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team for use or promotion.
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, coordinating requirements, and establishing contacts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date directory of sales support materials and seek new sources of prospective customer data for sales and marketing leadership

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Experience with GTM events and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
  • Track record of managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, etc.) and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
