Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Architecture Support & Design Preparation
    • Produce High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs (HLD/LLD), diagrams and architecture documentation.
    • Prepare architecture artefacts for cloud infrastructure (Azure), identity, networking, security and data & AI solutions.
    • Prepare AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) architecture documentation and YAML templates.
    • Participate in early‑stage design discussions and capture requirements, constraints and environment details.
    • Ensure designs follow Enfrasys governance, security baselines and compliance standards.
  2. Technical Assessment, Governance & Standards Alignment
    • Perform technical assessments to support architectural reviews and improvement plans.
    • Participate in architecture governance activities, ensuring all designs adhere to standards and policies.
    • Conduct basic configuration checks and document compliance reports.
    • Validate solutions against governance baselines and operational standards.
    • Document architecture compliance reports.
    • Ensure service delivery governance, compliance and alignment with client technology roadmaps.
  3. Collaboration with Specialists, Engineers, Partner & Microsoft
    • Participate in POCs and pilot workloads with/without partner and Microsoft.
    • Work closely with the Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) to align service operations with customer expectations and strategic priorities.
  4. Customer Engagement
    • Participate in customer meetings for requirement gathering, technical presentations and clarifications.
    • Preparing architecture review slides, solution summaries and supporting documentation.
    • Ensure alignment between customer needs and proposed technical architectures.
  5. Documentation, Readiness Review & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain updated architecture artefacts (diagrams, technical flows, design records for reusable template).
    • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable templates, and best‑practice documents.
    • Provide architectural inputs during incident analysis.
    • Participate in ongoing upskilling in Azure, AKS/containers, networking, security and data & AI services

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on infrastructure design and implementation experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in Cloud Architecture and/or Operations, preferably with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environment is advantageous.
  • Experienced in architecting infrastructure solutions on Azure for Linux/Unix and Windows, with expertise in server, load balancing, HA/DR, and storage architectures and Azure services such as Kubernetes, Dockers, Functions, Azure SQL/MI.
  • Knowledge of automated DevOps release management pipeline is a plus.
  • Azure certification is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for short-term and long-term project assignments, understanding the consulting lifestyle.
