Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Office Facilities & Workplace Management 

  • Monitor and maintain office facilities, equipment and supplies 
  • Liaise with vendors for repairs, maintenance and facility upkeep
  • Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are well maintained and operational 

2. General Administration: 

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, office records and inventory 
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities (workstation setup, access cards) 
  • Provide admin support for company events and engagement programs 

3. Dispatch & Courier Service: 

  • Managing outgoing and incoming documents/courier (2x per week) 
  • Ensure timely, accurate and secure dispatch handling

4. Compliance, Safety & Culture: 

  • Support compliance with company workplace safety and security protocols 
  • Maintain records for officer health & safety (first aids kits, fire drills) 
  • Contribute to Company's People & Culture initiatives through employee service excellence 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Minimum possess SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, officer management or relevant field
  • Possess valid driving license for dispatch responsibilities.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact and communicate with internal or external customers effectively.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude, and providing
    exemplary services under minimal supervision.
