Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Technical Implementation & Internal System Support

  • Execute baseline system configurations, deployments, and updates in accordance with internal SOPs and IT security policies.
  • Support deployment and configuration of internal applications, platforms, and infrastructure systems.
  • Perform Level 1 incident response including diagnostics, log analysis, issue triaging, and escalation when required.
  • Conduct daily monitoring, system health checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure system availability.
  • Perform patch management and system updates for servers, endpoints, and internal platforms.
  • Support operational IT tasks including service monitoring, system maintenance, and operational checklists.

    2. Hardware & IT Asset Management

    • Support provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of company IT hardware including laptops, workstations, networking devices, and peripheral equipment.

    • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, device allocations, and lifecycle status.

    • Assist in asset tracking, device inventory audits, and lifecycle management including replacement planning.

    • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty management.

    3. Software Licensing & Compliance
    

    • Support management of software licenses including operating systems, productivity tools, development platforms, and enterprise applications.

    • Track software license usage, renewals, and compliance with vendor agreements.

    • Assist in maintaining license inventory and documentation to ensure audit readiness.

    • Work with internal teams to ensure proper allocation and usage of software licenses.

    4. Application Deployment & Testing
    
    • Assist in deployment and configuration of internally developed applications and internal platforms.

    • Support QA and testing activities for new features, system updates, and integrations.

    • Execute testing procedures using standardized test cases and checklists.

    • Document testing results, defects, and improvement recommendations.

    • Maintain deployment logs and system configuration records.

    5. Issue Tracking & Operational Documentation

    • Maintain detailed issue logs and troubleshooting records for internal systems.

    • Document recurring issues and escalate root causes to senior engineers.

    • Maintain and update internal documentation including 

      Runbooks, Knowledge base articles, SOPs, Troubleshooting guides

    6.Internal Stakeholder Coordination

    • Support internal users by addressing IT-related inquiries and operational requests.

    • Participate in internal meetings to understand business system requirements.

    • Prepare technical reports, system status updates, and troubleshooting summaries.

    • Assist in preparing technical documentation and internal presentations

    7. Operational Improvement & Automation
    
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal IT processes, operational workflows, and system efficiency.

    • Assist in building automation scripts, internal tools, or workflow improvements where applicable.

    • Support initiatives related to system modernization, monitoring improvements, and internal DevOps practices.

    • Participate in training programs and continuous learning with technology partners and vendor


    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills. 
    • Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus. 
    • Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines. 
    • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills. 
    • Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require. 
    • Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
