Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company initiatives.
  • Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Be the subject matter expert in Partner programs, products, solutions, certification, and benefits to continuously engage and educate internal team to maximize business outcomes.
  • Engaged proactively with infernal cross function department to leverage resources, providing insights and support to drive partner success in line with company objectives.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holder with a continuous learning mentality.
  • Proven minimum 5 years' experience in partner channel development, business development, sales or a related role in the technology industry. 
  • Excellent communication, sales and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with planning and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient with technology solutions and platforms.
