About the job Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Use formal change management processes
- Create and maintain a detailed project plan for timely, budget-friendly, and quality results
- Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements throughout the project
- Manage the change enablement process throughout project duration.
- Handle client interactions, updates, and representation at governance meetings.
- Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
- Manage company and subcontractor staff assigned to the project.
- Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
- Ensure that project resources are well-trained and effectively utilized
- Manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces and Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Company's standard tools
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of consulting project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
