About the job Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Use formal change management processes
  • Create and maintain a detailed project plan for timely, budget-friendly, and quality results
  • Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements throughout the project
  • Manage the change enablement process throughout project duration.
  • Handle client interactions, updates, and representation at governance meetings.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.
  • Manage company and subcontractor staff assigned to the project.
  • Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
  • Ensure that project resources are well-trained and effectively utilized
  • Manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces and Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Company's standard tools


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of consulting project management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
