(Protege) Graphic & Multimedia Web Developer - Putrajaya

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team members to developed Portal
• Update Portal Daily
• Make a design and multimedia slide if necessary
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
• Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
• Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
• Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or fresh graduates (Priority)
• Experience or familiar with CMS Joomla or WordPress
• Experience in Make a design and multimedia video / slide
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other designer and multimedia software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
