Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate sales workflows, proposals, and client engagement processes.
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and QA documentation.
  • Review CRM entries and pipeline reports for accuracy.
  • Track and report key metrics (lead conversion, response times, onboarding timelines, client satisfaction).
  • Audit client interactions for compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
  • Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support CRM/process automation.
  • Develop and maintain a Client Contact Routing Matrix to triage inquiries (email, phone, Microsoft portal) and ensure correct assignment.
  • Escalate delays or misrouting to relevant team leads.
  • Manage the VPs calendar, meetings, and briefing materials.
  • Draft and proofread proposals, presentations, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for follow-ups.
  • Organize travel, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in business development support, executive assistance, or QA.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, BD workflows, and client lifecycle management.
    Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Teams/Portal.
  • High level of discretion, adaptability, and strategic thinking
