Beschrijving

In our Agile organization, you are part of a multidisciplinary team (Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers,), you act as the bridge between the business-profiles and technical-profiles in the Automation Squad on (Gen)AI topics.

As an AI functional analyst you analyze and translate requirements and processes into specifications. You propose end-to-end solutions as a team, that meets the customer needs and are cost-efficient. Via an iterative/ adaptable approach you challenge the requirements and specifications, and via MVP way of working you ensure rapid time to market and immediate value-creation

You are familiar with bestpractices (analysis, testing, model evaluation and value of data) around AI implementations.

Experience
Proven experience as an analyst on implementations of GenAI changes within an corporate organisation.
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and applications like Azure AI, aws.

Vaardigheden

Proactive, ability to take initiatives in your own area of responsibilities and solution oriented (min 8 j ervaring)

Strong communication skills are essential for translating technical concepts on GenAI to non-technical stakeholders..
Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams.
Prove maturity in stakeholder management with a focus on outcome and value. Be able to challenge experienced AI engineers and analysts with critical mindset
Knowledged on the principles of Generative AI, including how models like large language models (LLMs) work.
Agentic AI knowledge within M365 and MS Copilot studio
Familiarity with data analytics concepts and tools is crucial.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is essential, especially for working with AI models and data manipulation.
Knowledge of machine learning principles and experience with frameworks is advantageous.
Analysis, evaluation and visual representation of (Gen)AI results and knowledged on different measurements and KPI's on (Gen)AI.
The field of Generative AI is rapidly evolving, so continuous learning mindset is important.

Knowledge of Belgian Utilities market is a plus
Fluent in FR-EN or NL-EN is a MUST (and understanding of other language NL/FR)
