Role Overview:

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of HRIS projects with a focus on SAP Time and Planning domains.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, SAP specialists, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a hands-on Project Manager within the SAP HR Team.
  • Define project scope, manage planning, staffing, and delivery through to closure.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., B-PM²).
  • Organize and oversee project administration, including:
    • Resource planning and allocation
    • Performance and progress monitoring
    • Budget and planning management
    • Risk and issue management
    • Use of standardized templates and documentation
    • Preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to align expectations.

Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skillsable to distill core messages and manage up/downstream communications.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the following domains (preferred):
    • Human Resource Management
    • SAP HCM & SAP Time
    • SuccessFactors (Employee Central and other modules)
    • S/4HANA
    • Workforce Planning tools (e.g., Quinyx & SAP)
  • Specific experience with public organizations and mixed workforce environments (statutory & contractual).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Over 10 years experience as an IT Project Manager, managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies: PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with a motivating and credible management style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindsetinnovative, initiative-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Technical familiarity with:
    • ERP systems (SAP)
    • Planning tools
    • Application development (web, mobile)
    • IT infrastructure
  • Mandatory experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Trilingual proficiency: Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level for all).

Conformity Criteria:

  • Minimum of 10 years in project management within large Belgian organizations (10,000+ employees).
  • Proven leadership in at least 5 large-scale projects (>1-year duration) involving SAP HCM, SAP Time, or Quinyx.
  • Required experience with Quinyx and workforce planning tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage using ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Availability for onsite presence at least 3 days per week.
