Role Overview:
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology delivery.
- Ensure development and delivery of technical products/services align with customer requirements and strategic objectives.
- Work within the Commercial Channels and Products (CCP) delivery organization, reporting to the Business Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Coordination
- Facilitate alignment between engineering teams and other departments.
- Empower teams through autonomy and professional development.
- Practice servant leadership to support team needs and decision-making.
- Promote Agile practices and awareness of technical domains.
Strategy and Execution
- Use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet delivery timelines without compromising quality.
- Align team outputs with organizational vision and customer value.
- Provide technical oversight in architecture, platform decisions, and integrations.
Product and Technical Guidance
- Guide the capture of non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, scalability).
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on business and technological trends.
- Ensure transparent communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical and Managerial Expertise
- Background in technology (e.g., software development, analysis, or system design).
- Proven managerial experience in IT delivery with a history of successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to assess and communicate technical trade-offs and opportunities.
Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of maintaining a holistic view of complex functional and technical issues.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum C1 level in at least two).
Behavioral Competencies

- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
Evaluation Criteria:
- 5+ years in product/project management within IT delivery.
- 5+ years of experience as a servant leader in Agile/SAFe environments.
- 3+ years in implementing AI optimizations in delivery settings.
Conformity Requirements:
- Minimum C1 proficiency in English and either Dutch or French.
- 10+ years of IT managerial experience with proven delivery success.
- 2+ years in public transport sector management.
- 2+ years in e-commerce management roles.
- 2+ years managing ticket vending machine initiatives.
