Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Implementation:
- Analyze and implement business processes while continuously challenging business needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for gathering business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications in SAP PM.
- System Support & Configuration:
- Track and resolve issues and change requests in Solution Manager.
- Perform data uploads (master data, operational data, correction data).
- Configure SAP system to match business requirements.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Conduct solution testing and non-regression tests.
- Support business users during testing and post-deployment phases.
- Participate in drafting work instructions and documentation.
- Workshops & Best Practices:
- Prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders.
- Promote and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Project Support & Team Collaboration:
- Offer hands-on support for SAP PM solutions.
- Contribute to efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Support project execution with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
Desirable Additions:
- Experience with SAP Fiori and/or mobile applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a goal-oriented manner.
Technical Skills Required (Minimum 5 Years in Each):
- Deep understanding of SAP PM module functionality and configuration.
- Integration experience with other SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
- Functional specification writing and workshop facilitation.
- Experience with SAP LSMW or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Language proficiency:
- First national language (Dutch or French): C2 (highly complex mastery).
- Second national language: B1 (intermediate level).
- English (primarily technical): B2 (upper intermediate level).
Soft Skills:
- Clear understanding of the IT domain and the mission of the organization.
- Ability to integrate within Infrabel teams, reflecting values such as kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
- Competencies required within the ICT department:
- Professional attitude, presentation skills, respect for management.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Reliable engagement throughout the project duration.
