Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Implementation:
    • Analyze and implement business processes while continuously challenging business needs.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for gathering business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications in SAP PM.
  • System Support & Configuration:
    • Track and resolve issues and change requests in Solution Manager.
    • Perform data uploads (master data, operational data, correction data).
    • Configure SAP system to match business requirements.
  • Testing & Documentation:
    • Conduct solution testing and non-regression tests.
    • Support business users during testing and post-deployment phases.
    • Participate in drafting work instructions and documentation.
  • Workshops & Best Practices:
    • Prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders.
    • Promote and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Project Support & Team Collaboration:
    • Offer hands-on support for SAP PM solutions.
    • Contribute to efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.
    • Support project execution with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.

Desirable Additions:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and/or mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a goal-oriented manner.

Technical Skills Required (Minimum 5 Years in Each):

  • Deep understanding of SAP PM module functionality and configuration.
  • Integration experience with other SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
  • Functional specification writing and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience with SAP LSMW or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
  • Language proficiency:
    • First national language (Dutch or French): C2 (highly complex mastery).
    • Second national language: B1 (intermediate level).
    • English (primarily technical): B2 (upper intermediate level).

Soft Skills:

  • Clear understanding of the IT domain and the mission of the organization.
  • Ability to integrate within Infrabel teams, reflecting values such as kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
  • Competencies required within the ICT department:
    • Professional attitude, presentation skills, respect for management.
    • Clear and effective communication.
    • Reliable engagement throughout the project duration.
