We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a global transformation project aimed at converging duplicated business functions from legacy applications into a central and new business solution. This solution will monitor and control the routing of shipments once they enter the network of the client. The role sits within the Business Process and Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, analyze, collect, and describe user requirements through interviews, meetings, and workshops to drive continuous improvement, supported by the Program Manager
  • Describe existing and new business processes using clear diagrams/flow charts
  • Write test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including progress reporting
  • Support end-user training and global implementation coordination
  • Understand logistics and/or cargo industry sufficiently to coordinate and champion change, recognizing regulatory background and cross-functional complexity
  • Collect improvement ideas and resolve JIRA-related incidents from identification to implementation and communication

Required Skills

  • Advanced experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to design process diagrams and articulate business requirements (Use Cases, Stories…)
  • Ability to understand and describe Business Activities, Subtasks, Rules, Events, and Data for any given business process

Please Note:
We are not looking for Systems/Functional Analysts. The candidate must be able to design process diagrams, articulate business requirements, and understand business processes in depth.

Start: 02/01/2026
Duration: Long term, initial contract until end 2026
Work: Hybrid, according to team agreements
Location: On site interviews in Diegem

Feedback will be provided from 13/11. Interviews will take place on site from 17/11.
