Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management:
    • Administer and manage SharePoint Online (structure, sites, permissions).
    • Design and automate workflows using Power Automate.
    • Develop and maintain applications with Power Apps.
  • Business-IT Translation:
    • Translate technical issues into clear, actionable insights for team management.
    • Deliver structured proposals and action plans aligned with business needs and strategic guidelines.
  • Knowledge & Team Development:
    • Contribute to internal knowledge growth and foster collaboration within the team.
    • Guide colleagues through new solution implementations while maintaining strong team dynamics.
  • Project Execution:
    • Lead or support the implementation of internal IT projects.
    • Ensure stakeholder alignment and efficient delivery across SharePoint and Power Platform initiatives.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective and transparent communication of technical solutions and business impacts.

Technical Skills Required (Minimum 2 Years in Each):

  • SharePoint Online management (sites, permissions, structures).
  • Power Automate (designing and automating workflows).
  • Power Apps (application development and management).
  • Translating technical requirements into business-aligned solutions.
  • Developing structured proposals and action plans.
  • Communicating technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applying DevOps principles (version control, automation, CI/CD, monitoring) within M365/Power Platform.
  • Programming (e.g., C#, React, or equivalent) for Power Platform/M365 extensions.
  • Development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Understanding of the organizations mission, IT context, and project challenges.
  • Demonstrated alignment with core values: kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
  • Professional conduct, clarity in communication, and respectful engagement with management.
  • Strong presentation skills and consistent commitment throughout the contract term.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for on-call services.
