As part of a 2026 data transformation roadmap, the organization is advancing several major initiatives: migrating non-SAP data to Azure, delivering strategic use cases with clear business value, and expanding a self-service reporting approach for internal teams. To support these objectives, we are looking for an Azure Data Engineer to reinforce the data platform.
Main Mission
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will help shape a scalable, reliable, and secure data ecosystem on Microsoft Azure. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines, while ensuring high-quality data delivery for Data Science, BI, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services.
- Implement modern data architectures such as Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and exposure processes.
- Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into suitable solutions.
- Document data flows, data models, and engineering best practices.
- Support the implementation of a self-service reporting strategy with Power BI and Databricks.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Azure platform.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks including Spark, PySpark, and Databricks.
- Solid skills in SQL, Python, and/or Scala.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles in a data engineering environment.
- Experience with Power BI administration and governance.
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming.
- Understanding of application integration patterns such as REST API and AMQP.
- Ability to work according to technical best practices.
📝Your profile
Experience as: Medior Data Engineer (ETL / ELT)
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.

- Basic knowledge of SAP (S4/Hana as a major data source).
- Experience with Azure architecture, including solution design, best practices, and cloud governance.
