đź“‹ Tasks and responsibilities
This role supports the operational continuity of the Forwarding Department.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up export files from A to Z for various business units.
- Prepare, collect, and verify all required transport documentation for correctness and completeness.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize maritime export transport and coordinate storage or transshipment when needed.
- Ensure goods arrive safely, compliantly, and cost-efficiently at their destination, with strict adherence to IMDG/ADR requirements and waste regulations.
- Gather information on new transport opportunities and identify potential process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a clear overview and manage multiple export files simultaneously, while remaining solution-oriented under time pressure.
Technical Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent through experience.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with transport software such as Stream ILS is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Incoterms, transport and customs documentation, and hazardous goods and waste regulations.
- Prior experience as an expediteur or junior logistics professional; junior and medior profiles are welcome, as well as school leavers in logistics.

- Dutch – fluent (spoken & written)
- English – fluent (spoken & written)
Location
- Hoboken
- Very occasional presence in Brussels or Olen may be requested.
