We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer Serialisation who has a passion for precision and a knack for managing complex projects. If you thrive in dynamic settings and aim to contribute to significant outcomes, this position may align perfectly with your career aspirations.

  • You manage the purchasing, installation, and commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging machines to support growth.
  • You execute packaging projects focusing on the entire process from printing to automatic palletization, ensuring integration with higher-level systems.
  • You write specifications, evaluate supplier proposals, and oversee suppliers from order through to testing machinery according to predefined protocols.
  • You ensure smooth startup and guide production during the initial months.
  • You deliver documented handovers to production and maintenance teams.
  • You report to the Lead Engineer Serialisation/End-of-Line.
  • You collaborate closely with various departments, including Production, Packaging Design, and Quality Assurance.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or (Bio)Engineering, or can demonstrate significant experience
  • You have up to 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You are an excellent communicator with open communication as a priority.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to influence others without hierarchical authority.
  • You demonstrate flexibility in work hours during machine testing and startups.
  • You have knowledge of measurement and control technology and vision technology.
  • You possess experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
  • You have experience in automation systems (SCADA, PLC, etc.).
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English.
