As an ideal candidate, you are a proactive Project Engineer with a hands-on approach, ready to tackle a variety of projects while collaborating with diverse departments.

• You develop and implement projects, such as capacity management for new freezers or warehouses.
• You optimize transportation processes by managing the relocation of tanks and vessels.
• You validate shipping and maintain quality agreements with our transporters.
• You enhance processes for the washing of cassettes.
• You support the automation of interfaces and extend AGVs to production lines.
• You digitalize administrative warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
• You manage projects from inception to completion and serve as the point of contact for new products or departments to establish new flows.
• You analyze and solve problems faced by operational teams and production departments.

Requirements

• You hold a relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• You have between 0-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• You possess strong project management skills.
• You are an excellent team player with a hands-on mentality.
• You are communicative and capable of building relationships across departments.
• You enjoy working analytically with data and engage with stakeholders for constructive solutions.
• You can maintain oversight of various parallel projects and prioritize effectively.
• You are proficient in English and Dutch.
