About the job MES production specialist (Pharma)

We are looking for a professional who is eager to develop their skills in electronic batch records and work closely with production teams. If you are passionate about driving efficiencies in the pharmaceutical industry, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
- You become an expert in the MES system: COMET (Electronic Batch Records Siemens Application) and provide support for ongoing operations.
- You design flowcharts for new and existing production processes in Visio, collaborating closely with production and support teams.
- You ensure that Master Batch Records and related master data are thoroughly tested both offline and online before they go live in production.
- You initiate optimizations on Master Batch Records and follow through until completion, working closely with the Master Batch Records Team.
- You lead or represent your department in projects closely related to your expertise.
- You continuously seek optimization opportunities regarding quality, compliance, and safety, translating these into concrete MBR projects.
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, or can demonstrate strong experience.
- You have strong interest in MES/ERP systems and their interfaces, with an affinity for computer systems.
- You possess strong technical insight and analytical skills, with understanding of pharmaceutical production and scientific processes.
- You are organized, accurate, and able to work independently.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and take the initiative.
- You have excellent social and communication skills.
- You are a self-reliant individual who enjoys working in and with a team.
- You are flexible in both working hours and adapting to change.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in a GMP environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, IPL, and/or EBR.
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL/Python).
- Dutch language knowledge
