CISO SAP IAM (Freelance possible)

Role Overview:

• Serve as the application owner for SNCBs current SAP IDM-based Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution.
• Ensure smooth operation, evolution, and eventual decommissioning of the platform while supporting transitions to new partners and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership & Operations

• Manage SAP IDM as the primary IAM solution, maintaining ownership of the platform.
• Collaborate with external RUN partners to oversee change and service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Project Support & Transition

• Lead onboarding efforts for new applications into the IDM environment.
• Prepare the system for future decommissioning, including both technical and strategic planning.
• Support transitions:
  • From current to new outsourcing partner.
  • From SAP IDM to the upcoming IGA solution.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Expertise in Java programming specific to SAP IDM.
• Experience working with outsourcing partners in a platform owner role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Effective business communication with internal stakeholders.
• Methodical and organized, able to manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Experience with decommissioning SAP IDM (technical and migration planning) is a plus.
• Experience in partner transition processes is a plus.

Conformity Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP IDM development.
• Minimum 5 years as a SAP IDM analyst.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of SNCBs SAP IDM environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Informatics or equivalent experience.
