Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Create, update, and delete maintenance data in SAP PM.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data throughout its lifecycle.
  • Data Migration:
    • Plan and execute migration of maintenance data from legacy or external systems to SAP PM.
    • Guarantee the quality and consistency of the migrated data.
  • API Integration:
    • Design and implement APIs for seamless integration and data exchange with SAP.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor and verify the integrity and quality of maintenance data in SAP PM.
    • Identify and rectify data errors or inconsistencies.
  • Data Modeling:
    • Develop data models that support optimized maintenance processes, reporting, and analysis.
  • Data Governance:
    • Define and maintain data management policies, including data security, standards, and best practices.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide assistance and training for SAP PM users.
    • Educate new users on system functionalities and data procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization in data management.
    • Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Work closely with maintenance, IT, and operations teams to ensure data supports operational processes.
  • Project Experience:
    • Manage data projects including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management tasks.

Technical Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP PM module (minimum 5 years).
  • Practical experience in:
    • Data management (migration, integrity, quality, governance).
    • Data modeling for maintenance operations.
    • Understanding business processes related to equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Language requirements:
    • Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French (C2).
    • Intermediate proficiency in the second national language (B1).
