Department description and responsibilities

We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.

Project description
As a Senior SAP EWM Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of SAP EWM systems. Your role includes resolving incidents and managing change requests and mini-projects.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Incident Management.
Change Requests & Mini-Projects.
Integration Support.
Documentation.
If there are no specific EWM assignments, the consultant will assist colleagues in other domains where possible.

Technical profile requirements
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in SAP EWM support, including integration with other SAP modules.
Experience with side-car EWM and its integration with ECC is a must.
Experience with embedded EWM is a must.
Experience in structured documentation.
Debugging skills are preferred.
Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
IM knowledge is a must.
WM/StRM knowledge is preferred.

Non-Technical profile requirements
The consultant has a strong preference for support roles and is not interested in transitioning to a project role in the near future.
Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teams.
Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Capable of clearly explaining viewpoints while remaining open to compromise.
Experience in international and multicultural environments.
Able to work independently, escalate when needed, and take ownership of deliverables.

Methodology/Certification requirements
Minimum bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience is more important than certification.

Language proficiencies
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Dutch: preferred.
Very international working environment.

Location
our client sites in Hoboken, Brussels, and Olen.
Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required.
